Instructors
The Yoga Instructor Course is offered in different styles of Yoga. In this course the specific contents of the course are taught, and assignments to be carried out by the student are assigned. In addition, the commitment of daily practice is inescapable.
In some of the courses we offer different formats. According to the chosen Yoga style, you can choose between monthly, daily classes or a residential course.
The training focuses on aspects of practice, technical training, teaching methodology, the foundations of anatomy, practice of pranayamas and / or meditation paying attention and emphasis on pedagogy.
This format is offered in the following styles: YC Ashtanga Vinyasa 200 hours, YC Hatha Yoga 200 hours YC Iyengar yoga. At the end of the course and after having passed the corresponding tests, the Instructor diploma of the chosen style is awarded.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga 200 hours
This course is designed for those who enjoy and like a good physical shape, in addition to wanting to understand the wisdom of this tradition and who intend to teach it.
Hatha Yoga 200 hours
Through this course, we want to offer you the opportunity to deepen your yogic practices, as well as the teachings, by providing a series of variants, substitutions and adaptations that incorporate specific considerations to the body anatomy. On the other hand, we place special emphasis on imparting precise instructions in order to improve the quality of your teaching of Yoga classes.

Yoga Iyengar 200 hours
Technique, pedagogy and adaptation are the main thematic blocks of these courses, based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar creator and diffuser of this style. It requires a high degree of commitment to practice that, because it is very detailed and precise, requires great attention when executing it.
The students enrolled in these courses achieve a correct preparation in personal practice and a solid formation that allows them to teach this method.
